Children

The show is recommended for children aged 10 and over. Children and teenager up to the age of 16 benefit from a 40% discount. Tickets can be purchased via all advance booking channels, but are only valid on presentation of an ID card at the theatre entrance.

Wheelchairs

Wheelchair spaces can be booked directly via MAAG Music & Arts AG by email at info@bymaag.ch. Wheelchair users and their companion benefit from a 15% discount per ticket.

Groups

Visit the show with your employees, your customers or your club and benefit from group discounts.

Groups have the option of reserving a contingent of tickets. This gives you plenty of time for planning. We are happy to cater to your personal wishes and prepare an unforgettable evening for you.

Groups of 15 up to 50 persons	20% discount
Groups of 51 up to 99 persons	25% discount
groups of 100 personen or more	on request

 

Duration of the show

The show lasts approximately 2 hours including intermission.

Theatre opens

The theatre opens 1 hour before each performance.

Box office

Tickets can be purchased at the theatre box office for all performances on each performance day. The box office is open 1 hour before each performance.

Illness/postponement

We recommend that you take out ticket insurance when you buy your tickets, which covers the ticket costs in the event of illness (on presentation of a medical certificate). Possible: A prescribed quarantine without illness is not covered. If you wish to postpone your visit due to illness, please contact the ticket hotline of the provider from whom you purchased your tickets at least 48 hours in advance during office hours (Mon-Fri: 9.00-12.00 & 14.00-16.30). The show can be postponed for a fee. MAAG-Shop 0900 444 262 (CHF 1.19/min.). Tickets will not be refunded even in the event of illness, unless ticket insurance has been taken out. If the event is postponed, the tickets remain valid. If the event is cancelled, the value of the tickets will be refunded.
